Domestic Shipping:

• We Offer Free Shipping on Orders Above ₹999.
• Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be dispatched.
• We manufacture Handmade products which take time, 7-10 days is a standard time policy but if the product is ready before stated time it will be dispatched accordingly.
• Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are taken in consideration on Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
• Orders are shipped within 7-10 working days and delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company norms.

International Shipping:

• Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location.
• All international packages are shipped via DHL / FedEx. All transit times are Monday to Saturday.
• International delivery time is approximately 15-17 days.
• International shipping charges will be calculated at the Checkout.
• For International Orders, there is no Exchange/ Refund/ Return acceptable. Kindly measure your feet size and order as per the size chart provided on our product page.

Return Policy:

• Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase
• There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned below.
• In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither Nagadesigns.in nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.

Refund Policy:

• If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final
• If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to customer, if customer demands
• 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products
• For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then only 100% refund will be given.
